2. Item No. 4.01 of the meeting of MDC of JNTU Kakinada held on
06 -12-2009.

All the Principals and students are hereby informed that as per Ref. 1 & 2, the
students who were admitted in RR/NR regulations and Detained & studied their
course with R05/R07 regulations (224 credits) are also permitted to opt for
relaxation of 8 credits along with R05/R07 regulation student. Hence If a student
(RR/NR), secures 216 credits out of 224 credits that he/she has registered is eligible
to apply for Provisional Certificate like that of R05/R07 regulation students.
